What is the parking situation?
There are 50 parking spots at Mount Tom House and 127 guests invited (74 households). Parking will be prioritized for guests camping on the property. If you’re not staying overnight and not carpooling, we recommend using local taxi/rideshare services (see the "Travel" tab for details). Contact Nikki or Grant directly if you have more questions.

Mount Tom House is an outdoor venue. Indoor access is for overnight guests (not camping guests) and vendors only. On the wedding day, day-of guests are not permitted to access the interior of the house or the bathrooms unless arrangements have been made in advance.
Maybe pass on stilettos? Or bring an extra pair of shoes?
Your destination is 200 acres of Oregon forest and about 1,400 feet up the side of a hillside/small mountain! You will encounter some inclines, gravel, and uneven pathways. It’s best to wear shoes that are both fashionable and functional!
Is smoking/vaping allowed at the venue?
Smoking & vaping is permitted in the designated smoking area ONLY: on the cement parking pad near the garage
Smoking, vaping, open flames & camp fires are absolutely prohibited everywhere else on the property.
If we're camping Saturday night, what time is check-out on Sunday?
12:00 PM (noon)
Are there any seasonal allergy concerns at the venue?
If you experience seasonal allergies, we recommend packing allergy medicine to have in your back pocket in case the PNW tree pollen begins to irritate you.
End of May through early July: our county is the “grass see capital of the world” and that is not a hyperbolic title. The “very high” grass pollen threshold is 200 particles per cubic meter and the counts in the Willamette Valley May, June, July will consistently range above 400 up to 1300. Unless you absolutely know you are not allergic to grass pollen, we highly recommend packing allergy medicine, nasal spray, and eye drops to ensure you won’t miss a beat celebrating!!
